Blest Signs Business Operations Platform

A complete internal operations platform managing CRM, inventory, production workflows, invoicing, payments, and customer orders for Blest Signs.

Business Overview

Blest Signs runs a production and sales operation. Customers place orders, the business produces signage, invoices customers, and collects payments. The internal side needs to manage customer relationships, track inventory, and see the state of production and billing at any time.

The Challenge

Customer and order information was held in separate places. Sales tracked customers in one way, production planned work in another, and billing was handled after the fact. Inventory was not connected to production, so the business could not easily see what materials were available or what had been used. There was no single view of a customer's orders, invoices, and payment status.

The Solution

Xupyter built an internal operations platform for Blest Signs. A CRM module holds customer records and their order history. Inventory tracks materials and finished goods, and production workflows connect orders to the work required to produce them. Invoicing is generated from completed orders and payments are recorded against them. Product management and reporting complete the picture, giving the business one place to run day-to-day operations.

How It Works

Customer records and orders live in the CRM. When an order is confirmed, it becomes production work, and inventory is updated as materials are used. Invoicing is generated from completed orders, and payments are recorded against them. Product management keeps the catalog in line with production. Reporting gives the business one view of orders, production, and payments.
