GPS Fleet & Dealer Management System

A real-time fleet and dealer management platform tracking vehicle locations, dealer operations, payments, service records, and operational workflows.

Business Overview

The client manages a fleet of vehicles and a network of dealers. The business needs to know where its vehicles are, how each dealer is performing, and the state of payments and service records. Operations depend on having current information about both the fleet and the dealer network.

The Challenge

Vehicle locations were not available in real time, so operators could not answer where a vehicle was without checking with the driver. Dealer operations — payments and service records — were managed separately, and there was no single view of a dealer's activity. Workflow steps that should have happened automatically were done manually, and reporting was assembled from several sources.

The Solution

Xupyter built a fleet and dealer management platform. Vehicle locations are tracked in real time through GPS. Dealer operations, payments, and service records are managed in one system. Automated workflows handle routine steps so the team does not have to run them by hand. Operational reporting gives management a view of the fleet, the dealers, and the state of payments and services.

Key Modules

  • Real-time vehicle tracking
  • Fleet management
  • Dealer management
  • Payments
  • Service records
  • Automated workflows
  • Notifications
  • Operational reporting
  • Dashboards

How It Works

Vehicles report their location in real time, and operators see them on a map. Dealer records, payments, and service history are kept against each dealer. Routine workflow steps run automatically, and notifications tell the team when something needs attention. Reporting gives management a view of the fleet and the dealer network.
