Business Operations Platform for Marketplace Sellers
An operations platform integrating Amazon, Noon, and custom inventory systems to manage products, warehouses, and stock for marketplace sellers.
Business Overview
The client sells products across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon and Noon, while also maintaining its own inventory and warehouses. Products are listed in several places, stock is held across locations, and orders arrive from different channels. The business needs one view of what it has, where it is, and what is selling.
The Challenge
Product listings and stock were maintained separately on each marketplace and in the internal system. When stock changed in one place, the others did not automatically follow. Keeping listings consistent across Amazon, Noon, and the internal catalog was manual work. The team needed alerts when stock levels changed, and managers wanted a view of sales and inventory across all channels.
The Solution
Xupyter built an operations platform that connects the marketplaces to the internal inventory system. Products are synchronized between Amazon, Noon, and the custom catalog. Warehouse and stock levels are tracked centrally, and alerts notify the team when inventory needs attention. Staff roles control who can do what. Sales and operational reporting pull data from all channels into one set of dashboards.

How It Works
Products are maintained once and synchronized to Amazon, Noon, and the internal catalog. Stock is tracked centrally across warehouses, and the marketplaces see the same stock levels. Alerts notify the team when inventory needs attention. Staff work in defined roles, and sales and operational reporting pull data from all channels into one view.
