Multi-Branch HR Management System

A centralized HR platform managing multiple branches and more than 200 employees, with payroll automation, attendance, employee records, and workflow management.

Business Overview

The client is a business with multiple branches and a workforce of more than 200 employees. Each branch runs its own day-to-day operations, but HR records, attendance, and payroll apply across the whole organization. The business needs one system that serves all branches while keeping branch data distinct.

The Challenge

Employee records, attendance, and payroll were managed per branch using spreadsheets and local files. When attendance was recorded in one place and payroll prepared in another, the data had to be reconciled by hand. Keeping employee records current across branches was difficult, and administrative workflows varied from branch to branch. There was no single view of the workforce for management.

The Solution

Xupyter built a centralized HR platform covering all branches. Employee records are held in one system with branch-level structure. Attendance is recorded against employees, and payroll is automated from that data. Workflow management handles routine HR processes across branches. Reporting gives management a view of the workforce, attendance, and payroll across the organization.

How It Works

Employee records are held centrally, with each employee linked to a branch. Attendance is recorded against employees, and payroll is calculated from that data. Routine HR workflows run through the system instead of across spreadsheets. Management can see the workforce, attendance, and payroll across all branches in one place.
