Pharma Procurement Platform

A multi-tenant procurement platform connecting pharmacies and suppliers through requests for quotation and structured procurement workflows.

Business Overview

The platform serves two groups: pharmacies that need to source products, and suppliers who provide them. Pharmacies raise requests for products, suppliers respond with quotations, and the two sides agree on orders. Because it is multi-tenant, each pharmacy and each supplier works in their own account with their own data.

The Challenge

Procurement between pharmacies and suppliers was informal. Requests went out by phone and message, quotations arrived in different formats, and comparing options meant gathering replies manually. Product catalogs arrived as documents that were difficult to bring into the system in a usable form. There was no single record of what was requested, quoted, and ordered, so follow-ups and reporting were hard to manage.

The Solution

Xupyter built a procurement platform where the full cycle happens in one place. Pharmacies raise requests for quotation and receive responses from suppliers in a consistent format. Quotations are compared side by side. Product catalogs are imported using OCR, with AI-assisted document processing to structure the data. Subscription management governs tenant access, and notifications keep both sides informed as requests and orders move through the workflow.

How It Works

A pharmacy raises a request for quotation in its account. The request is visible to suppliers, who respond with quotations in a standard format. The pharmacy compares the quotations side by side and converts the chosen one into an order. Product catalogs are imported using OCR and AI-assisted processing, so supplier documents become structured data. Both sides receive notifications as requests and orders move through the workflow.
