Retail POS & Sales Management Platform (SaaS)

A cloud-based point-of-sale and sales management platform for managing products, customers, sales, and day-to-day retail operations.

Business Overview

The client provides a cloud-based system that retail businesses use to run their daily sales. Retailers manage their products, record sales at the point of sale, keep track of customers, and issue invoices. The platform is offered as a service, so each business works in its own account.

The Challenge

Retailers were running on basic cash registers, spreadsheets, or disconnected tools. Sales records were hard to review, stock levels were not connected to sales, and invoicing was done by hand. There was no single place where a business could see what was sold, to whom, and what was still in stock. Reporting required manual assembly at the end of the day or week.

The Solution

Xupyter built a cloud-based POS and sales platform. Retailers manage products and customers in one place, record sales at the point of sale, and generate invoices from those sales. Inventory is updated as sales are recorded. Reporting and dashboards show sales, stock, and customer activity across the business. Because it runs in the cloud, the platform supports multiple registers and locations against the same data.

How It Works

A retailer records a sale at the point of sale, and the system updates the customer's history and the stock level at the same time. Invoices are generated from the sale. Products and customers are managed in the same system, and reporting shows sales and stock over time. Because it runs in the cloud, more than one register or location can work against the same data.
